CSV2 Extension

Dear valued customers,

P O Shipping has announced it will be extending its service into North China with 4x1,700 TEU vessels. The extension of the CSV2 service will help provide North China Ports with a greater import and export service. The updated rotation of the CSV2 service will call Tianjin-Dalian-Qingdao-Shanghai-Ningbo-Hong Kong-Yangpu-Ho Chi Minh-Laem Chabang-Yangpu-Hong Kong-Ningbo-Tianjin.

Booking Cancellation Fee

To our valued customers,

We wish to advise that a booking cancellation fee will be introduced to costs incurred when cargo no shows, double bookings and late cancellations occur late in the receival period, leaving little chance to find replacement cargo nor arrange optimal empty container evacuations.

With effect from May 1st 2012, a booking cancellation fee of USD50 per container will apply to all containers booked but not shipped, unless the exporter or booking party provides written notification of the cancellation to POSA export staff 7 days prior to the vessel's cut-off date at any particular port load.

This fee applies for bookings to all destinations currently serviced by P O Shipping Agency Australia Pty Ltd (POSA)
